Craig has worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years. In that time he has had an excellent sales background working for a number of the recruitment industries major blue chip companies. Craig is the driving force behind Real Staff's business development.
He has a 3 year old son and is a keen amateur footballer and enjoys keeping fit.
Matthew Owen - Director

Matt has over a 10 year career in Warehousing and Manfacturing Operations. This gives him an exellent understanding of the customer needs and expectations, enabling Real Staff to fulfil and exceed. Matt reinforces the business development and carries out the accounting function for the business.
Matt is married with a young baby and is a keen mountain biker.
Laura Owen - Accounts & Payroll Clerk

Laura has recently joined the team and is responsible for the weekly payroll accounting and queries and administration support. She recently obtained a 2:1 degree with honours in General Nursing. Her 10 years plus experience working within the NHS has enabled Laura to communicate effectively, and work calmley under pressure, and meet targets.
Laura is married to Matt and recently became a mother. She enjoys cooking and gardening.
